The Alluring Charm of Vietnam’s Landscapes Through a Photographer’s Lens

Award-winning photographer Daniel Kordan has just released a stunning series of photographs capturing the essence of Vietnam on his personal website, captivating audiences in the photography and travel spheres.

The 35-year-old photographer aimed to showcase the country’s natural splendor through his unique perspective, emphasizing the harmonious interplay between nature and humanity in this vibrant land.

Kordan’s journey through Vietnam began in Quang Phu Cau, a village on the outskirts of Hanoi, known for its artisanal incense stick-making tradition. “This vibrant village is a photographer’s dream, offering a feast for the eyes,” he wrote. “Whether you choose to capture it through a drone or your camera lens, the iconic bird’s-eye view of this unique place will leave you with award-winning images that are truly special,” he added.

Currently residing in Bali, Indonesia, Kordan is a landscape photographer with a passion for exploring the world. His travels have taken him to numerous destinations, including Japan, Myanmar, Antarctica, Iceland, and Italy, with Vietnam being his most recent adventure.

Daniel’s journey continues to the Long Coc Tea Valley in Phu Tho Province, nestled in the northern midland and mountainous region.



The breathtaking Mu Cang Chai district in Yen Bai Province, located about 300 kilometers from Hanoi, is known for its picturesque rice terraces.



The indigenous H’Mong people, who call this land home.



Tu Le Valley, located in Yen Bai Province, is another of Daniel’s favorite destinations in Vietnam. The valley is surrounded by majestic mountains and spectacular terraced fields.
