Lo Thi Cho, a 42-year-old woman, tragically lost her life in a landslide triggered by the relentless downpour. The rainfall intensity was staggering, with Thuong Son commune in Vi Xuyen district recording 320mm of rainwater, and Quang Ngan commune measuring 279mm.
