This is the third time that the top Chinese leader has visited Vietnam
Party General Secretary and President Xi Jinping respectfully bows to the late Vietnamese president.
Joining the Chinese delegation at the floral tribute ceremony is Phan Dinh Trac, a Politburo member and head of the Vietnamese Party Central Committee’s Internal Affairs Commission.
